SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Items are created and shipped approximately 3-5 business days from payment via USPS with tracking. Standard shipping is an additional 2-5 business days for domestic addresses.

RUSH SHIPPING
Express/Priority upgrade options are available and apply to the actual shipping speed only and not the creation of items. Please contact us for details on priority options.
RUSH CREATION OPTIONS
Please contact shop prior to ordering for current fees and availability.
Without shop confirmation of rush payment, standard creation times of approximately 3-5 business days apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship most everywhere. Buyer is responsible for all VAT, Customs and handling or any other fees charged by their receiving country or postal services.
Return & Exchange Policy
OUR ERROR
In the event of an error on our end, an exchange or other resolution by shop will be made. We are happy to make that right for you!

CUSTOM RETURNS
Custom items are not eligible for returns but please contact us with concerns.
NON-CUSTOM RETURNS
Are accepted with the following conditions:
Contact shop within 3 days of receipt for return instructions and return item(s) in new and unused condition. Approved refunds will not include any shipping charges.

USPS RETURNED PACKAGES
Items returned to shop as undeliverable/not claimed/wrong address etc. are not eligible for refunds on the custom item or shipping fees unless there was an error on our end. *Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-deliver or re-purchase postage.
Other Information
Our shop makes no warranties on a product's use or wear duration after the receipt of item. Although Aluminum is a very durable metal and will not tarnish like others, to keep the shine we suggest not coming into contact with chemicals.

Hand stamping is not an exact science. Every hand made/stamped item is a custom and unique piece of metal so variations in stamping, shape, indentations/distressing and other features may occur even in "same" items and are expected.

Listing photos are for example only. Unless stated otherwise, your item will be custom created using the photo design and your special requests as guides. Items may vary slightly from photo.
We are artists so Mousenet Creations reserves the right to use a little creative liberty on custom items.
Privacy
We do not sell or trade your information to outside parties. Your information is only shared with those involved in processing orders, payments and facilitating the delivery of your items.
